Consultations on Indo-Pacific Security: “The Quad”

15 October 2020 – This iteration of the NESA IOR Digital series is the third gathering of the IOR Roundtable, a forum designed for those interested in IOR issues to gather for the exchange of ideas. The focus of this conversation is the Quadrilateral Security Dialogue, better known as the “Quad”, or consultations on Indo-Pacific security among Australia, India, Japan, and the United States. Moderated by Mr. Jeff Payne of NESA and Mr. Jeff Smith of the Heritage Foundation, participants include Ms. Nilanthi Samaranayake of the Center for Naval Analyses (CNA); Dr. Joshua White of the Brookings Institution; Mr. Jacob Stokes of United States Institute for Peace (USIP); Dr. Sameer Lalwani of the Stimson Center; and Dr. Tanvi Madan of the Brookings Institution.
