On July 26, 2021, Dr. Michael Bell, on behalf of NESA’s Director, Lieutenant General (Ret.) Terry Wolff presented Major General Mohammed Al-Ruwaili, Commandant of the Saudi Armed Forces Command and Staff College (SAF CSC), with the NESA Distinguished Alumni Award. The award recognizes MG Al-Ruwaili’s long and ardent support for the NESA-led transformation program at SAF CSC, which began during his tenure as military deputy in the Ministry of Defense’s Transformation Management Office and continued when he assumed his current duties. Our combined NESA-SAF CSC team will deliver the proposed design for the new Saudi Arabian National Defense University in September 2021.
