On July 21, the NESA Center hosted the Jordanian Ambassador to the United States, Her Excellency Dina Kawar for a roundtable discussion attended by NESA Faculty and representatives of various United States Government agencies. The discussion covered regional topics and the Coronavirus pandemic. Participants were able to ask questions and engage in frank, not-for-attribution conversation with the Ambassador.
Her Excellency Dina Kawar has served as the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan to the United States of America since June 2016. She has previous experience as the Permanent Representative of Jordan to the United Nations, France, the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO), and the Holy See. She has also served as non-resident Ambassador to Portugal.
